Larry and Bonnie left the campground early for their appointment with the repairmen. They had a very positive experience, as the repair was done quickly and well and FOR FREE! We all feel much better now that the problem they had with the jacks is fixed.

Meanwhile, Steve and I took off for Wisconsin. After spending $43.00 in tolls and navigating the horrendous Chicago traffic, we finally arrived at a lovely campground atop a mountain in Portage, WI. We got set up, took the dogs for a walk on a hiking trail, and prepared dinner for the 4 of us. Bonnie and Larry arrived a couple of hours later, and we had happy hour and dinner then walked up to the cafe for ice cream. The view from the deck was beautiful and the ice cream was delicious. Back to the RV for dominos, with Steve being the dominator tonight.
